By purchasing products or services from us, you agree in whole to the following conditions:

1) 15 day return policy is subject to 50% restocking fee and RMA. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
2) Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable.
3) We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
4) Order cancellations must be placed within 1 hour of order placement and is subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
5) Works with PC's only.
6) You must have the CD in the CD drive and be able to boot from it to install it.
