Router

   We've designed a router that will save your internet speed from duplicate requests from the internet. In other words the first time a particular internet resource is visited, it is saved onto our router. The next time someone visits the same internet resource, it is "pulled" from our router. In other words, over time, all commonly visited internet resources will be saved onto our router, preventing it from being downloaded over the internet again. Which means not only will you save on your companies internet speed, but the download itself will be at network speed and not internet speed.

   For example, with a DSL line (768 Kb/s down), and a 1GB network switch, the download speed will be 124.9 MegaBytes per second faster after someone has already downloaded it.

  The picture on the right is an example of hardware that can be used as a router. One such company that uses our routers is Century 21.

  The service will include NetBSD (Unix) installed on a system, with packet filter that incorporates operating system fingerprinting technology and squid for storing internet media. Hardware will be chosen by us, unless a special request is made. For more information please call (818) 590-2552.
